We are excited to offer a unique Project Partner Sponsorship Program\, providing an opportunity for our valued contractors\, consultants\, and suppliers to display their brand prominently on our development sites – while making a meaningful impact in the local community. \nOverview\nThis program enables approved project partners to showcase their brand on a unified site signage board while contributing to innovative patient care\, prevention\, education\, and ground-breaking research at the Ottawa Heart Institute. Proceeds from the program are donated to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation\, an organization  close to our team and one we’ve proudly supported for many years. \nWhat you get: : \n✅ Enhanced brand visibility in high-traffic areas at active development projects\n✅ Showcase their commitment to community impact alongside TCU\n✅ Support the work of the Heart Institute\, a world-renowned cardiac centre\, serving the Ottawa region and beyond. \n  \nUniversity of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation\nAt TCU\, we believe in building not only great communities – but also stronger\, healthier futures. That’s why we’ve chosen to direct proceeds from the Project Partner Sponsorship Program to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation. \nThe Heart Institute is one of Canada’s most respected centres for cardiovascular care\, prevention\, and research. It serves thousands of patients each year and continues to lead advancements in heart health across the country. \nHeart health and cardiac care are especially meaningful to our organization\, and we are proud to have been long-time supporters of the Foundation’s mission. By supporting this initiative\, our project partners are helping to advance life-saving treatment and research in our region. \nSignage Format\n\nOne large-format sign will be installed on the site hoarding or perimeter fencing\nThe sign will display all confirmed project partners\nLogos will be scaled and positioned based on sponsorship tier\nTCU reserves the right to determine final layout and design\n\nExample: \nCTA: Donate alongside our partners here (QR code to donate link)\n\n  \nSponsorship Tiers\nWe offer tiered sponsorship opportunities based on logo size and placement.\n\n100% of program proceeds will be donated to the Charity of Choice\nTCU will provide confirmation of contribution and public recognition of the donation\n\n \nPublic Recognition – What It Means\n\nSocial media spotlight post from TCU featuring sponsor partner\nRecognition in newsletter updates\nPhoto ops at project events (Groundbreaking\, Topping off\, Grand opening)\nCollective press release and photo at completion\, announcing donation\n\nParticipation Guidelines\n\nLogo files must be submitted in vector format (AI\, EPS\, or SVG)\nDeadline for participation and logo submission will be communicated during site mobilization\nSponsorship is valid for the duration of active construction or until signage is removed\n\nHow to Participate\nProject partners interested in participating can reserve their sponsorship spot today by contacting us at s.parnanzone@tcudevcorp.com.
