Groulx est un professionnel des TI d\u00e9vou\u00e9 et ax\u00e9 sur le client, qui poss\u00e8de plus de 15 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur. Dans son plus r\u00e9cent poste chez Microsoft, comme gestionnaire de comptes principal pour la satisfaction de la client\u00e8le, M. Groulx veille \u00e0 la bonne gestion des comptes de grandes organisations. Il collabore notamment avec les clients pour assurer l\u2019excellence op\u00e9rationnelle afin de r\u00e9duire les risques et de maximiser la valeur commerciale des investissements. Chez Microsoft, M. Groulx a pilot\u00e9 l\u2019ajout de l\u2019inuktitut comme langue prise en charge par Azure Cognitive Services. Cette langue est d\u00e9sormais pr\u00e9sente dans la gamme des produits d\u2019entreprise de Microsoft.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son poste pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent chez Brane Capital, M.\u00a0Groulx a dirig\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re mise en \u0153uvre du cadre de cybers\u00e9curit\u00e9 du NIST au Canada. Il \u00e9tait aussi responsable de concevoir et de d\u00e9ployer des infrastructures, des processus et des politiques qui ont permis \u00e0 Brane Capital d\u2019obtenir les certifications ISO\u00a027001 et ISO\u00a027017.<\/p>\n<p>Auparavant, M.\u00a0Groulx a pass\u00e9 sept ans \u00e0 l\u2019Institut canadien d\u2019information sur la sant\u00e9, o\u00f9 il a g\u00e9r\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes charg\u00e9es de l\u2019infrastructure et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Comme b\u00e9n\u00e9vole, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et directeur des relations avec l\u2019industrie pour itSMF Canada. Dans sa vie personnelle, il aime courir en plein air (tout en \u00e9coutant des podcasts sur la technologie) et passer du temps avec ses deux jeunes fils et son \u00e9pouse.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>M.
