Prior, Nick was co-founder and President at Primecorp Commercial Realty Inc. with over thirty years of success in investment brokerage and management of commercial real estate. Marcus and Millichap acquired the brokerage operations of Primecorp in 2018. Nick is a co-owner of Primecorp Property Management Inc. Nick is a graduate of Queen’s University Executive MBA Program and holds the professional designation of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA).
